How do i roll up the sleeves?

Yeah, my dad's asleep and i have school in about an hour, so this is the only place to ask.

And i need to roll up the sleeves. Is there any proper way for it?

Making a crease in the center, and then combing on both sides in the opposite direction. And then jelling the hair, isn't considered gay or something right?
