How do I RMA something?

I recently ordered a SLK-800 from SVC, but I have to RMA it because it is defective. I got a RMA# from them, but I don't know what to do now. Do I use Fed-Ex or UPS or USPS and does it matter if I use nextday air or ground? And how do I use Fed-Ex or UPS?

Just ship it someway with a tracking number. I wouldn't ship it express or 2 day unless you are in a real hurry and want to pay for it.

Put the hsf in the box with a paper that has the rma #.

Write svc's address (or the address they told you to rma it to) on the box.

Also write your RMA# outside of the box.

Go to postoffice/fedex/ups/carrier svc wanted you to pick and ship it to them.

To "use fedex or ups", call them for a pickup (www.fedex.com or www.ups.com) or stop by staples or one of their staffed world centers.

Ask for a cs rep and they'll take it from there.

Bring $10 just in case.

You can got to any of their websites to see how much it will cost you to ship it. You just need the zip to where you are shipping.

Always ship with a tracking or delivery number. This is your only way of proving they ever received the RMA.
