I know this topic has been beat to death here but I can't find any of the old threads. Well, my MS Intelli-Mouse Optical finally bit the dust. It has been acting up for a few months now (jumping around). Yesterday I was using it and it started turning off and back on when moved. I'm sure the cord is bad. So, how do I RMA it. Is there some way I can do it on Microsoft's site? Or do I have to call them? Thanks.
