How do I revover Raid 0 Data?

I installed a new video card and forgot to first remove the old video driver. After this messed up my system I tried to reinstall 2000 over the existing system. During the reistallation, when 2K is about to start up it restarts setup . . . . . . . The computer restarts and then restarts again and again and again. I just want to get my date off the disks and then I will erase everthing. I already tried repairing but that did not work either. What can I do? I don't know how to use the recovery console and haven't found a place to explain it to me either. Any help to get me started would be greatly appreciated. thanks
