How do I restrict access to shares in a workgroup?

We have many computers in our workgroup but I want to make sure that only one particular PC has access to shared files on my PC. How do I go about doing this? My computer has two network cards and internet sharing is enabled. I just dont want other users/computers in the workgroup accessing the files except for one computer(read : not user but computer). Both systems have WindowsXP with all the latest hotfixes installed.

Can anybody give me any tips on how I can go about this situation?
