I'm in Windows XP...
my pc was hanging big time, like something really cpu intensive like encoding a DVD was going on but I wasn't doing anything special. I look in Task Manager and I see explorer.exe taking 90+ % cpu and my windows explorer windows are frozen. So I kill it expecting it to restart like my older version of windows but it's not coming back. How do I get it back now?
Hitting windows key + e does nothing
edit: without restarting the PC!
