How do I resize a gif so it is still animated?

Trying to resize this to 256 x 256..but photoshop loses the info when I resize i, and it becomes a static picture

I tried to resize it in ImageReady for you, but the image became corrupted, like the link GtPrOjEcTX posted.

better way to do it is pull each frame out of the gif, resize each one to 256, then make a new animated gif with those resized frames.
