How do i reset Spanish settings back to English - WIN98?

Hi all,

On a Windows 98 system. The guy changed his settings to read all in Spanish.
WHen you double click on my computer, all the buttons, everything from where it is supposed to say FILE-EDIT-VIEW it's all in spanish.

How do I reset this?
