How do I remove VBS Malware Gen?

Freakin Avast detects it and it's been cycling over and over. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure to backup that copy of Grand Theft Anal: 4 first.

Don't familiar with that one, but I've had excellent luck with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program removing lots of other malicious applications.
