How Do I Remove the Heatsink Plate on a Gigabyte K8N Ultra-9?

So yea, first off, the pictures.

The screws are the white, plastic things anchoring down the plate. There are no indents on the anchors to screw them out and the bottom parts can't be squeezed together to push them out. So what I'm asking is, how the heck do you get these things out?!

I need to take the thing off so I can put a Zalman CNPS7700-CU on it.

Any help please? =(

The white retainers are held in place by a pin. Pry off the white pin from the top on both sides, then turn the motherboard over and push out the retainers from underneath. Or, you can try prying them out from the top after removing the pin from the center. The pin puts pressure on the retainer plugs to hold the bracket in place. Once you remove them, it should be easier to pry the plugs off and remove the whole bracket.
