How Do I Remove Old Cox@Home Network Parameters from Windows XP?!?

I've looked everywhere; I remember having to enter my computer name in (like CX-109blahblahblah) and the login/password for the network, but can't seem to find where I remove that nonsense.

I no longer use @home (except for the pop server, since they didn't remove my account on those servers), and I am currently in a Hotel with so-called T1...everytime I boot, zone alarm detect the Cox network and I go though a 20 minute process of unplugging the CAT cable, disabling the network in control panel...re-enabling it...repairing it...etc...until it detects the hotel network...like to get rid of the cox@home settings to make this a bit faster

Any ideas?

Which OS? Oh well, it should still be the same.

Go into your Network Properties.
Go to the TCP/IP Properties page.
Then click on the Advanced Button on the lower right corner.
Then configure your connection from there.

...going to format my system, since I just moved into a place with so-called "T1" access; it just bugs me I can't find the place where I entered the network parameters before...had my cox compter name and the login parameters, but I can't find it anymore...formatting will fix my problems and I am due anyway...now it's just a matter of principal 🙂
