Sometimes the humor in a thread masks the aspect of a serious side. Most people only deal with standard jumpers - usually outside the box.
But, there are jumpers that require microfingers - those that go on 2.5-in laptop drives. They are even hard to come by. This picture shows them side by side. Not much to take hold of with a 2.5-in drive jumper . .

One day while prowling a flea market, I came across some surgical clamps - stainless steel - two for $5. These are terrific tools for inserting small things in small places. They are great for jumpers. They are like tweezers but have a scissor grip and lock in place so you only need to squeeze to release tension.

BTW - I actually have popped of a jumper with the point of a knife blade.
