i'm assuming you don't have the password anymore, and would like to reset the password to blank?

if you have the password (hopefully), can you try to go to tools > options > content > content advisor > enable > general > change password > and change the password to blank?
then go to tools > options > content > content advisor > setting > and disable the content advisor?

of course this won't work if the password does not exist ... but i guess it's worth posting, just in case. .. =)

also, just thought about it -- have you tried to repair msie (start > setting > control panel > add/remove software > msie > repair msie) ?

and oh, you can always format the computer and don't use winME ;) :p

edit: scratch the above gibberish ...
found it from google ... oh the joy of search engine :D

i hope the above is a true story, and not just a way to get around your parent's porn protection software ;)
seriously though, don't use winME ... you'll be thankful if you don't :)

Thanks "stndn" I knew someone would know the correct registry to delete,
I buy computers at pawn shops and have to delete the windows login all the time, but couldn't find the correct IE one, hope I didn't delete anything important already.
now why didn't I think of Goggle  , thanks again I'll post results after work :D
