How do I remove GoKing.net adware?

A PC at work was infested with SpyWare. I downloaded AdAware yesterday and removed everything it detected but this "GoKing.net" page continually popped up when I was browsing specific pages ie, it popped up when I clicked on the first page of the Gamecube deals thread and every time I clicked back or clicked through it would pop up again. This makes it seem like it has some algorithm which decides whether it should pop up or not based on the URL so that it will always pop up when that URL is visited (Makes it appear to be FROM the URL). Another example is: While browsing eBay search results, one page, like say page three triggers the pop-up. Clicking an auction then clicking back will trigger the pop-up again, making it appear that the page from eBay is the source of the ad.

Because AdAware did not detect it, I figured I'd try SpyBot Search and Destroy, until I read This post. If neither detect this spyware, what should I check first to manually remove it?

Get CWS Shredder and see if it helps.

Hmm, didn't help. On the CWS Shredder site it listed cscss.exe as one of the variant's entry points, and this system does have that and it doesn't appear to be legitimate. However, CWS Shredder didn't seem to scan for it (It listed all the exe's it was looking for). Also, the system linked to above has it as reported by Hack This!. I do believe that this is the SpyWare. I'll remove it and report back.

Try PestPatrol: http://pestpatrol.com/
I usually run AdAware, SpybotS&D, and PestPatrol, in sequence, which picks up spyware that one or the other may miss.

Yeah, I used to use PestPatrol on other people's PCs alot because it was better at picking up dialers (The others didn't even attempt to).
