I spilled a drop of gas on my car and even though I tried to clean it immediately it seemed to 'stain' the car. I have a dark blue car and the gas spot is darker and dull. Is it possible to clean this up? Thanks.

Gas doesn't stain. I've never seen gasoline stain paint. ever.

Myabe if you poured it on and let it sit out in the sun all day or soemthing....

It definately left a mark and I tried to clean it at the gas station a few seconds after it happened. I cleaned it again after I got home and it seemed like a dull spot remained. I'll check it again tomorrow morning for any residual effects.

Nissan already has issues with its paint without help from me.

The gasoline has removed any wax or polish that was on the car. Don't worry, just rewax. :)
