How do I remove dual booting?

I have a HDD for some reason even after a clean install it trys to detect that I am trying to dual boot Win2k. I've tried to look in my C/D drive to see if there is a WinNT folder but theres only 1.

Anyone know how to fix it so it stops doing this?

If you have the OS on 2 drives you need to delete the 2nd install of the OS. In my case when I had this problem I unplugged my second drive then installed the OS on the main drive then I was able to remove the OS from my 2nd drive or you can transfer the files to your main drive then reformat the 2nd drive that should also fix it.

I have 1 drive 2 partions. But the second partions doesnt have any WinNT stuff in it? Maybe they are hidden and I need to enable hidden files to see them.

I'll try it.

EDIT:That did nothing any other ideas?

check to see there is no ntldr in your main partition (c:\)
also check the file boot.ini

note they are hidden files, so enable hidden file view ...
windows explorer > tools > options > view > show hidden file
