How do I Remove/Clear 'My Recent Documents'

I would like to change the Start Menu and remove 'My Recent Documents', 'My Music', and 'My Pictures'.

How do I do that?
 
Right click on the Start button then select Properties. Select Customize then the Advanced tab. Now choose what you want and what you don't.
