How do I remove a home network client from the host?

I just removed a client PC from the Host PC listed in my sig. Both PC's were networked with ethernet cards and a crossover cable. A second ethernet card is in the Host connected to the Internet. What do I need to do to the Host to get rid of all signs of the old client PC? Do I just disable the network connection so it doesn't show up in my system tray? Any help would be appreciated. Thank,

so you still have 2 NIC's in your host, but are basically only using 1 of them now for internet access right?

if you're not using the second card anymore, easiest thing to do is to just disable the second NIC in device manager or physically take it out of the computer.
