How do i remove a fan?

How do i remove a slot 1 retail pentium 3 fan?
and if i remove it, can i install anyother slot 1 fan?

to remove the P3 slot fan is kinda scary... basically the fan section pulls off as it is clipped by only the sides... for the actual sink part... use some case screws and line them up with the little nubs on the backplate of the heatsink assemble... basically put the screws face up ona table, line up the holes and push down, it will make a horrible crack sound but if your careful you won't break anything,... repeat for all four plastic passthroughs and it will come righ off...
