www.tightvnc.com will do the job easily. I use it for customer support for folks miles from me, as well as configuration and the like of other machines around the building.
www.ultravnc.org, basically the same as the other RealVNC based stuff, but it runs faster, which is useful if your file sharing comp is a little slower.
