How do I reinstall Win98 in my dual boot setup?

Hi, I have Win98SE installed on my first hard drive(C) and WinXP on my second drive(D). I installed Win98 first then WinXP. I want to format my C: drive and reinstall Win98. But if I do this will I lose my dual-boot setup? The ntloader and boot.ini stuff resides on the C: drive. So how can I reinstall Win98 and still be able to boot to either OS? Thanks for any help.
