How do i reformat a memory stick?

Hi

Just reformatted my pc, and accidently delted everything on my usb memory stick. I must now reformat the stick to transfer motherboard drivers for my new build 🙁

so, how do i reformat it back to normal file-transfering state?
 
Plug it in. Open Windows Explorer or My Computer. Right click the memory stick drive. Choose Format.
