Get a win98 boot disk then fdisk and format the drive. Then boot from the Win2k CD. PM me if you need more insructions.

You can do what AMDtechgeek said, but that is a lengthier process. First off, back up all data you need.

Then boot from the w2k cd. When it asked where you want to install it, select your c drive, but press "d" to delete the partition. It'll prompt you for more stuff like pressing 'L" to confirm you want to delete the partition. Once deleted it will bring you back to othe original screen that asked where you want to install it. It will show the unpartitioned drive (your original drive c).
select that partition and press c to create partition, select the size you want it to be (partial or full). Then it will ask if you want to format it to NTFS or FAT32. select the format you want and it will format the new partition and start installing the OS.

Sounds like more steps, but it's actually quicker, less complicated, and all the steps are explained. Plus you can format your drive to NTFS, whereas your WIN98 and fdisk won't be able to do that. You'll have to convert to NTFS later. Another example of why this is faster. Good luck.
