How do i reduce

The size of my wav file. Its an insane 38 mb file. How can i make it 10 at most?

Edit: I need it to stay in WAV format.

I found a wav splitter since i didn't need the whole wav file, just a portion of it. So i have it at 15mb right now.

Btw: This wav is a song that i'm using as my alarm clock tune on the pc.

Funny...I could use something like that. It takes me an opra house and a water hose to wake me up in the morning.
