How do I reduce the size of a .MOV file?

I know I'll lose some quality and that's ok.

I have a bunch of 100MB+ clips that originally came from my iPhone and I want to get them down to a size suitable for emailing.

I found some suggestions to use Quicktime, but it looks like you can only export files in the Pro version, which I don't have and don't plan to buy.

What's the easiest way to do this?

Why don't you upload the files to a file storage site (google drive works great for this) and send the links via email?

Thanks. I downloaded HandBrake and it did what I needed.
I reduced the picture size from 1280x720 to 800x450 and lowered the quality setting just a bit. So I went from a 100MB .mov to a 23MB MP4 (H.264). Quality was still good enough and it's small enough to email.
