How do I recover a deleted FAT32 partition (on USB stick)

I have a Sandisk USB stick with the stupid U3 software. I had the U3 program delete itself off my USB stick, but it deleted its entire partition and all my files too.

What's the best way to recover the partition and my files? The partition is FAT32. I'm on Windows Vista. I don't mind paying for some recovery software if necessary.
