How do i record tapes onto my pc?

I have a Radeon64 VIVO, and i wanna know how i can record from my vcr to my pc?

if I am correct I had a ATI-Allinwounder and it comes with software eg.. TV prog
use the TV prog and record what ever you want.... hmmm that vid I do not know you have to have a TV-in or a S-Video in

Connect the composite video-out(yellow) of the VCR into the composite video-in of the Radeon. Connect the Audio left and right(red,black) into the line-in of your sound card. Open up the Digital VCR(or other capture program) and pick your video source(composite-in),start your VCR and capture away!
