How do I re-install Windows help and support centre?

Somehow I have managed to remove most of the files that is needed to run Windows Help and Support Centre. So now I would like to re-install the Help and Support Centre completely (not re-install the whole os).

How is that done?
I have a win xp cd with sp1 and a separate cd for sp2.
