How do I re-associate files with apps? (Quicktime has assimilated me)

Dumb Quicktime. I do browse a lot of cartoon sites (yeah, har-de-har to you too! ) that use Flash for animation. Somehow, all my photos got linked with Quicktime instead of MGI Photosuite. How do I get them to automatically open up with Photosuite? Thanks.

This is really the wrong forum, but what you can do is find a file of the format of which you wish to change. Left click on the file once. Then HOLD shift and right click it with your mouse. You should then be presented with an option "Open With". Choose that and scroll down to find the app that you wish to re-associate with. Click it. Then in the bottom left corner, make sure "Always use this program to open this type of file" is checked. There you go.

Reinstall MGI Photosuite and the associates should link to MGI, or go to Windows, winfile and and pull down the file menu and associate it there, be carefull you choose the right one though.
