How do I raise the voltage for the video card?

I have a Geforce 2 64MB GTS and I downloaded this program called Smart Doctor that tells me everything that is going on in the card. It's telling me that my motherboard isn't supplying the video card with enough voltage. Currently, the voltage is at 2.3 I think and it says it needs at least 3.3V. Is there something in the BIOS that will let me fix it?

I believe that it is an AGP 2.0 device which draws 2.5v rather than 3.3v in the AGP 1.0 spec. 2.3v should be fine, are you having any problems with it?

No, I'm not having any problems, but I thought it might lead to a problem if it's not getting enough voltage.
