How do I quiet this up?!

Right now in my case I have a couple fans. I have two in my power supply which I can barely hear since they never spin up fast at all, I have a Panaflo L1A for exhaust, and I have a Vantec Aeroflow @ "38db" (yeah, right) on my CPU. How can I get this thing quiet? I don't think a bolt on HS will fit on my motherboard since the Northbridge is RIGHT NEXT to the CPU, as well as my video card. Speedfan won't work for me. Does that sound insulating stuff people put in their cases actually work, or is it a gimmick? Are things like Dynamat worth buying? How can I muffle this sound?

It's an 'Aeroflow' hs, as it says, and they have 70mm and 74.5mm fans, so they can't be replaced with L1As, no.
run the fan at 7 volts?
7volt.com

best way to quiet a case is to eliminate the sourceof noise, however. Consider looking into another heatsink/fan combo.

I can't put an L1A on the Aeroflow since it uses a TMD fan and the L1A is just a conventional 80mm.

I've been thinking about the SLK900 and a 92mm low speed Panaflo, but I'm not sure if it'll fit on my motherboard.

This is the mobo I use... Link

Is the northbridge and the AGP slot too close to the socket to fit a large HS like the 900 w/ a 92mm fan?

Hmm, I doubt the Thermalright would do the trick, but an Alpha 8942 looks like it'd be a good fit...any opinions?

7 volt.com comes up as some "netster" site. I'm a bit wary of bringing my voltage down to 7v since my processor is already fairly warm under load as it is, at 57C.

Even if you found a conventional 70mm fan... it would totally fark up your heatsink's efficiency... i would think.
