How do I put chinese characters in webpages?

Theres a way to do it but I suck and I could'nt find anything on google

If you're using XP you can enable multilanguage support in the regional settings menu. You'll have to turn on language switching and set it to display the language bar on the task bar, but once you do you should be able to select between English and Chinese. If you maximize that bar you'll notice another dropdown menu, concerning the conversion method. Try out the various ones (I'm not sure what the settings are for Chinese, only Japanese) and you should be able to get it to auto-complete. If you do that while you're typing in, say, Word or Open Office, it should replace the english letters with the corresponding chinese characters. If you hit tab or space or something, maybe right-click, you should be able to get it to switch between the various characters that have similar english spellings.
