How do i prevent this program from loading?

I dont know how i got this program, but bargains.exe keeps loading on my pc. I disallowed it to have internet properties through zonealarm firewall but i dont know how to shut it off. It isn't one of the startups but when i end process it in task manager it just starts up again.

I tried to uninstall it through control panel but it just freezes control panel when i hit remove.

1) delete the file itself. If you can not delete it right away, do step #2 and then restart the system. That should then allow it to be deleted. It should not be locaed by the OS and locked in.
2) go into the registry and remove any references to the file.

Sounds like you have BargainBuddy. Download SpyBot to automatically detect and remove spyware.
