How do I POST in the I WANNA thread without replying???

Sorry, but I've never really understood how to do this. Please don't flame me. Of course, if you do, i guess it's really not that big of a deal. The Hot Deals/I WANNA thread says post, do not reply. But I can't find a post button.
 
You post in that thread the same way you posted in this one. You are just not allowed to reply to other people's posts in the I Wanna thread. You have to reply to their posts by sending them a private message or an email. Hope this helps.
