How do I PM a moderator to find out why my thread was closed?

I'm guessing this mod edit of your thread has something to do with it.

I know you believe you are being clever with the wording of that insult directed at CADkindaGUY. However I'm not fooled by it nor are the other members of this forum. Please refrain from such behavior in the future or we will be forced to suspend your posting privileges at Anandtech

I find it amazing you even had to see that comment to know why it was closed. You started a thread to take a shot at another member, then got yourself into "p1ssing matches" with a few others in the course of it. I'd say that was something ripe for closing. :roll:
 
I was calling him out on an idea. He responded. I was happy with his response. I don't call that "taking a shot." Even he didn't say anything about that. I didn't name-call. I didn't even suggest he was stupid/ignorant, etc as people often do without using those words. I was just suggesting he only posts positive stories about iraq. I don't see the problem with it.

Also, I'm not sure how I got myself into a p match. I just responded to others' attacks.
