how do i play ps2 games on my laptop monitor

Hello,
I have a dell lattitude CPi and i have read before that it is possible to use ones' laptop lcd monitor to play ps2 games (as you would do on a regular CRT or LCD tv) can someone tell me of the most inexpensive way this can be done.
