How do I play games w/o inserting the CD??

Ok I know have UT2003 and GTA3 and it's really annoying to have both of these CDs in my drives, because I used them so often. But, I also play the two games often also. I've heard about playing games without the CDs, but I forgot.

Create an image of the CD and use tools like Daemon Tool to emulate CD drive.
