How do I pay someone w/PayPal

Hi,

I've never used Paypal to pay someone with funds I have available (I only have PayPal bill to my credit card).

Now I have funds in there from an auction last month, but when I try to go the the 'send money' tab, it says my limit is $0.00 (but my account overview clearly contradicts this). And when I click thru from Spybot donation page, it brings me to a screen to add my credit card info. Why do I need to add that info, if PayPal already holding my money?

If I add, where will the money be charged? against the credit I already have, or to the credit card I'm entering?

thanks.

You are over your limit for how much money you can spend in one month. You can either wait or upgrade your account

It is weird, but on my b/f personal account... if there is a balance there and I try to pay someone with it... it automatically goes from the bank account. I have look all over how to pay with the balance, but cannot find it...

PayPal is weird on personal accounts.

🙂

They are not weird. They just know that if there is a balance that they are holding they can earn interest on it.

Wait, I still don't understand. I only have $30, and I wanna donate $5. I don't understand how I can be over my limit if I've never used the funds - EVER. And I haven't purchased anything off ebay since last December.

Does this mean the only thing I can do with the balance is let them charge me to write me a check, or give them access to my bank account?
