Go to Control Panel-Mail
Click Show Profiles (may not come up)
Highlight your profile, the default one created is Outlook
Click Properties -> Data Files -> Settings -> Change Password
Leave the Old Password field empty and don't save the password in your password list. Then just put in a password and retype it to verify. This puts a password to access the data files with your e-mail in it.

Hope this helps,
:)
