How do I password protect a shared folder in Win XP?

Hey everyone,

How do I password protect a shared folder in Win XP?

You could do it in Windows 95/98 but in Windows XP if you share a folder, either everyone can modify it or everyone can't. I just want people who know the password to be able to have full write access.

Anyone got a clue?

i dont have it installed right now so i cant give you exact instuction but right click on the folder and goto the sharing options and youll see evrything there.(it should be self expanitory)
