I am trying to load Win 2K Pro on my hard drive and I want to partition it into three partitions before I format and load the os.When I install Win 2K it will only let me have one partition of the full space of my HDD, besides the 8MB that it is using to install with. During install it gives every indication that I can set up different partition sizes, but it will not let me enter any size to replace the full HDD size when it tells me to type in the partition size that I want. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just boot off the W2K CD and when you get to the partitioning menu, delete what is there and create your first partition, format it and let W2K install. After installation, just create the rest of your partitions and format it via the Disk Management application.

Win 2K would only install on one partition of the full space of my HDD so I do not now have any unallocated space to format and set as a partition. During install it gives every indication that I can set up different partition sizes, but it will not let me enter any size to replace the full HDD size when it tells me to type in the partition size that I want. Any other thoughts? Thanks
