How do I partition my hard drive after I've installed XP

Referenced KB is for partitioning and formatting from scratch. To do non-destructive partitioning AFTER formatting and software is installed, you need Partition Magic 8 or similar with XP.

You can save around $20.00 if you get Partition Commander. I've been using several versions of it for about 4-5 years with no problems. Easier than Magic in my opinion.

I just got a partition magic and Ghost package together for about $60... so after I get everything together I can mess with my computer with less worries... that's the whole point really... 🙂.

Next step would be to have a Linux AND XP partition... but we'll wait on that for now (since I'm a newb at linux).
