How Do I Overclock NVidia 7.52 Drivers?

I'm using Windows 98SE and a ELSA Gladiac GeForce2 GTS graphics card.

Previously, I used "coolbits" to access the overclocking settings for my video drivers. But since upgrading to the NVidia 7.52 drivers, I can't find the overclocking settings, even thought Ctl-Alt-Del.com claims "coolbits" works with the 7.52 drivers. I've followed Control Panel-Display-Settings, eventually using the "Advanced" button to arrive at a panel with 4 tabs, one for OpenGL, one for 3DDirect, and two for others things. But I can't find the overclocking settings anywhere. Am I missing them?
