How Do I Overclock My Video Card?

Hi! I just got a new Chaintech GeForce 3 Ti200 and I want to overclock it to higher speeds...but I have a few questions to ask before I do...

1) Is there any risk of my comp crashing alot if I have it overclocked a bit (not significantly though)
2) How do I overclock the card in the first place?
3) I read on a site that it would be a good idea to buy a new fan to put on the card with even more cooling power than the one that comes with it...what fan would I get, and where would I get it at?

Thanks.

Overclocking is largely the luck of the draw. You should be safe within 10% of stock speeds but beyond that is anyone's guess as to how it will react.

is that 10% without the need for extra cooling?

What you need is a blue orb or a crystal orb. I think the ram sinks that came with the card should suffice for cooling the ram.
