How do i overclock E6400

Oh ok sorry i am new to this and neva overclocked any of my pc`s B4 ... Yes i do have the manual ...

CPU: INTEL E6400
MBOARD: ASUS P5B DELUXE
RAM : 1GIG DDR 800
GRAPHIC CARD: PCI-X GAINWARD BLISS 6800GS GLH 512MB 256BIT
WINDOWS XP PRO SP2
MAIN HDD 80GIG SEAGATE , SLAVES 400GIG SEAGATE X 2

Not sure what else i should mention

Overclocking with the P5B-dlx and a E6400 should be quite easy.

I would in Jumperfree:
-change the FSB to 400MHz
-change the VCORE to 1.4v

And then in North bridge chipset configuration use the following conservative settings:

Test it running Orthos overnight to make sure there's no problems, but there shouldn't be. Then start tightenig the memory timings and determing the minimum voltage needed to remain stable at 3.2GHz.
