How do I order 64-bit Copy of Ultimate if I have 32-bit??

I bought the student edition of Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit (Does not have 64-bit on DVD). It says on the disc Full Version not for OEM use (So it's not the OEM edition which I think MSFT said could not get the 64-bit if they had 32-bit). I used the MSFT order page to try and order 64-bit version for only shipping charges and it said No Offers Found. Is the student edition also exempt from getting the 64-bit edition? If not is there a way to call MSFT to try and order it manually? Thanks!
