Can someone tell me how to open up a port that controls "gaming" information on my router? What port would that be anyway? This is what I have btw. Every time I make a game (Warcraft3, CS, etc) no one joins because it doesn't show up on the server.

Go into your routers settings type 192.168.0.1 in your browser) and open up port 6112, that's the one you need for warcraft (don't know aout CS).

What is the brand/model of your router?

On some models it's in a section called virtual server. Also, it helps to have a static IP address, because in the settings you have to tell traffic on a certain port to forward to that IP.

Nickel, yes you're right.

Here's a screen of what I did, but it doesn't seem to be working. Did I do it wrong? Do I need to restart or anything?

Ok, so what kind of virtual server do I enable? Web server? Also, what do I put down as the LAN IP address (do I even need one?)?

I looked through your router config pages, though I can't read the pages themselves, you want to go to the one that is captioned thusly:
This screen is used for opening ports in the firewall for proper operation of "special applications", which range from teleconferencing software to hosting your own game server"

For cs, you will want to "open" ports
27000-27016
27020
27030-27040

I can't speak for wrcraft, but as my son hosts starcraft and D2, we have ports
28960 and 20500-20510 opened to his comp and I believe Warcraft may be the same.

An internet (google) search such as "open ports warcraft" would reveal it to you.

UPDATE: as a matter of fact, following my own advice above about the google search turned up this site which you may find helpful.
-looked to be a step by step tutorial for opening ports in a firewall for warcraft.
