How do I open this ISO file?

I have Isobuster, and have this file I'm trying to open. In the past, I would drag an ISO in the left column and in the right column it would show me all the individual data files. But this particular ISO, when I drag it into the left column, all I see on the right is a CD icon which reads 'Track 01'.
How do I see what's actually in it?

I don't have Isobuster here at work, so I'm sure exactly what's going on there. But you could try mounting the ISO image file using Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% to view the contents that way.

I've never used Isobuster either, but you can probably burn the ISO file to a CD-R(W), and then get to the files on it through Win. Explorer. As cheap as CD-Rs are, it is a small price to pay (or no price at all with a CD-RW).
