What exactly are you trying to do?

The first two are part of an image file and the last 3 are files on a DVD.

BIN = disc image file

CUE = the file you direct nero to when burning the BIN file to disc.

BUP = no idea.

IFO/VOB = ^^^ what he said.

I don't know about the last three but I know MagicISO or Alcohol 120% will work for the first two.

Some programs I downloaded came with these files, never had to deal with them before.
