How do I open the L3 bridge on my Athlon XP Thoroughbred 1800+?

Hey, all. I have an Athlon XP 1800+ "Thoroughbred" which, as you all should know, is an unlocked processor. The problem is, the multiplier only goes up to 12.5x. However, I've heard that you can sever one of the L3 bridge connections to get multiplier settings of 13x and up. Is this possible? If so, is there a site showing me how to do it?

I've heard of connecting bridges with a pencil or silver pen, but I've never seen instructions for disconnecting them. How does that work--or does it?

Thanks in advance, guys!

You have to have a motherboard with the nForce2 chipset, to be able to access the multipliers above 12.5x. Why would you need to, though, since 12.5 x 200 = 2.5 Ghz?

The NF2 chipset is able to access the multipliers beyond 12.5x either way, but my KT333 chipset should be able to do so if I cut the L3 bridge. I just need to verify this is possible, then find out how to do it.

My board has no PCI/IDE lock, which means that stability falls quickly above the FSB133 mark. It's not Prime95 stable past 147 MHz (1.84 GHz).
